Biography

I'm Scott Lukes, I retired early in life after teaching high school in the Dallas area of North Texas. Currently, I'm living in the small city of Pineville tucked away in the beautiful mountains of southeastern Kentucky.

I shot 35mm film professionally back in the late 80's and 90's, portrait, boudoir, weddings, sports, and was a contributing editor/photographer for "Disc Golf Journal". In addition, I enjoyed many types of photography like landscape shoots as it was a great way to explore and capture nature as well as black and white work for its artistic expression.

After I retired, I began shooting digital photography  professionally, which mainly focused on portrait, fashion, and boudoir shoots. However, music photography quickly became my main focus as it includes all forms of technical and artistic measures including my total enjoyment of music itself. Still, I'll shoot just about any type of photography as capturing life in all its forms is a wonderful experience for me.
